xtendBI offers telephonic as well as remote support. Users can call the HelpDesk (or make use of Skype) and speak to a consultant directly. Calls of this nature typically revolve around user assistance. A user has forgotten how to complete a particular transaction and requires a quick refresher or pointer in the right direction.
Users can also log calls with the HelpDesk via a dedicated e-mail address. All support requests mailed to support@ sbohelp.com will be routed to the xtendBI HelpDesk, where the Support Platform will auto-create a support ticket (uniquely numbered) and forward the ticket to the assigned consultant. Users are kept informed of status updates by return mail.
Through the use of remote connections, consultants are also able to connect to customer sites and provide remote assistance to users or effect remote updates of the customer’s system.
