History

xtendBI or Extensible Business Intelligence (Pty) Ltd was established in October 2006 when it’s founder members identified a niche for specialist implementation and other services in the SAP Business One market.

xtendBI’s team have been working with SAP Business One since its inception in South Africa and has done more than 100 implementations locally as well as throughout Africa.

Some of the customers implemented by the team are Cadbury’s Kenya,PA Betterbond and Toyota Boshuko. xtendBI has also implemented South African affiliates or branches of international companies such as Grundfos A/S and AFSAT Communications Kenya.

xtendBI has done work for a number of VAR's ranging from turnkey solutions for complex implementations to consultant outsourcing, add-on development and support.

Some of these VAR's such as Faritec Enterprise Solutions have entered into joint ventures with xtendBI for the provision of services to SAP Business One customers. Another SSP, Singularity Software Solutions has seen the value of xtendBI and has opted to utilise the skills of xtendBI to a maximum, leaving them with a lean overhead structure, yet with skills literally on tap.

xtendBI has seen the value of well trained consultants doing implementations first time right and all consultants follow a mentoring program during implementations. This mentoring program is also available to new-to-the-market VAR's requiring assistance during early implementations.
