Helpdesk hours

Monday to Friday 8:00 to 17:00.

During these hours you are welcome to contact the HelpDesk via telephone, skype, and e-mail. Most customers prefer e-mail, and the automated support ticket platform will keep you notified as your support call is processed by your assigned support consultant. However, we enjoy speaking to our customer base, and you are welcome to submit your support request by phone. One of our support consultants will talk you through your immediate request, or take down a case history.

If your business model operates beyond the hours mentioned above, and you would require standby support during your extended hours of operation, speak to us, we will gladly assist and arrange suitable support during your hours of operation.
