Most customers prefer e-mail, and the automated support ticket platform will keep you notified as your support call is processed by your assigned support consultant. However, we enjoy speaking to our customer base, and you are welcome to submit your support request by phone. One of our support consultants will talk you through your immediate request, or take down a case history.
