Add Ons

xtendBI offers a range of generic industry solutions. These Add-Ons to SBO can be installed and will deliver added value from the word GO. The solution Product Set includes:

xtendBank

This product is developed to augment SAP Business One. The extension of the functionality pertains to the Banking section and more specifically to the sections “Process External Bank Statement” and “Payment Wizard”.

xtendPayrolllLink

The current extension of the functionality pertains to integrating VIP Payroll and/or Praxis Payroll transactions with single or multiple SAP Business One companies. The product can evolve to have multiple integration options.

This Integration Application will read a VIP Payroll or Praxis Payroll generated file from a directory specified by the user. The file will then be interrogated and journal entries will be made for the transactions of the configured companies. The journal entries for the accounts will correspond to the account codes in the VIP Payroll or Praxis Payroll system.

xtendUtils

This tool set is supplied with the Add-On to enhance and supplement SAP Business One functionality.

xtendAsset

Although SAP Business One has an Add-On that caters for Asset Management, xtendAsset is geared for fast implementation and uncomplicated Asset Procurement and Depreciation.

The configuration section of xtendAsset is a single screen mechanism and procurement is via the slightly augmented SAP Business One A/P Process.

xtendGL

This product is developed to augment SAP Business One. The extension of the functionality pertains to the General Ledger Details display. This Add-On will provide the user with a detailed view of all transactions that are resident in the General Ledger.

xtendPrint

This product is developed to simplify SAP Business One Bulk Document Printing & Mailing. As the SBO functionality is limited to printing of single invoices or all invoices not yet printed, the requirements has arisen to print documents using specific filter criteria. These documents will be printed in .PDF format and written into a defined directory structure. The documents that this functionality applies to, have to be defined by the client. The Add-On can then e-mail the created documents via SMTP.

xtendSegment

This product is developed to augment the SAP Business One transaction posting for segmented accounts. The Add-On will create balancing journal entries if cross-segment journals are created by SBO. This will ensure balancing of the segments of the company.
