Introduction

This Add-On, assists with the creation and distribution of comprehensive statements for both Debtors and Creditors as well as detailed aging reports and balance brought forward reports

Features and Functionality

• The following statements are available for debtors:
  • Open Item Statement – user can include allocation detail, this allows the add on to group documents together by the way these documents were captured, the allocation details can be based on invoices, payments or credits.
  • Balance Brought Forward Statement
• The following reports are available for debtors:
  • Business Partner Ageing Report.
• 4 Step process for ease of use
  • Selection of report
  • Parameter requirements
  • Data filtering
  • Distribution method
• All reports include ageing detail which is based on ageing methods selected by the user, i.e. Ageing by Calendar Dates, Posting Periods
• Remittance Advice - document detailing all transactional movement pertaining to specific invoices as well as creating the required Outgoing Payments according to document selection.
• Allocation detail for remittance advice, links transactions and group these transactions accordingly in an attempt to automate reconciliation and remittance as far as possible.
• All reports are saved in PDF format.
• Distribution methods are defined per Business Partner and include faxing, e-mailing and bulk printing.
• Specific contact persons can be selected to receive e-mail statements when Business Partner has more than one contact person.
• Real time Business Partner Aging – displayed on Business Partner Master Data
• Business Partner Aging limits – specific amount limits can be set for the different aging brackets, i.e. 0-30 days (R10 000.00) , 60-90 days (R200 000.00)
• Actions can be set as Block or Alert
